When he appeared on JKL, Chiloba was asked a personal question by Jeff.

Why leave a high flying career with international organizations like UN to take up the IEBC job ?
His answer was that it was a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Now NASA and their bloggers don't want to see him. The entire Jubilee leadership have vowed to protect him by any means necessary. Jubilee bloggers are on a war mode insisting Chiloba MUST oversee the election on 17th Oct.

If he has any hopes of salvaging his reputation, this would be the best time to quit.

Personally I don't think he is guilty of any malpractice.

But who the hell created the illegal password in Chebukati's name ? If we can drop this Jubilee/NASA nonsense, we can agree some ICT guy at IEBC belongs to jail.
