During the Total Kenya AGM then the directors won't accept direct questions from shareholders and will give out sheets for the shareholders to write them down. On the 'high table' they choose what to answer and what to ignore...but may be so many things have changed. My rating is based on how the event was organized. Most of the decisions are made by the majority shareholders the AGM simply endorses the decisions. For the minority shareholders it's all about the food and the gifts, if you don't like the direction the company is taking you sell your shares
