Everyone knows KCSE starts on 23rd oct, and security apparatus need a clear week to organize themselves. As for KCPE - no parent would accept we hold exams when tallying is ongoing, this will destabilize the pupils. Gentlemen, Rao has just lost so many votes, so good at self cannibalism, but this is good IMHO
