Following the court ruling, I predict that KRA will not disable PINs and will wait till election is over.

I won't be surprised if the "polyethylene/plastic ban" is also suspended.

So far I am half right: KRA adds taxpayers 30 days to file returns

Quite a number of i-tax accounts have actually been suspended. Does anyone know whether the above extension is still there.

The pins that have not been updated on iTax as well a those who have never filed their returns have been suspended. KRA has not given any extension. http://kra.go.ke/notices...n%20filing%20returns.pdf

Is pension subject to PAYE? If it is then the pensioner is screwed.

My personal PIN got suspended today yet i have been paying taxes(PAYE). Though i have other side hustles apart from employment like transport biz and farming which might not be accurately filed. Will be making an appointment with the taxman to know why the pin was suspended
