Uhuru's victory, whether free and fair or otherwise will happen again but people are too emotionally wrapped up in this nonsense or too blind to realize that they are the suckers in this whole charade that's being orchestrated by a few very sly puppet masters. Hambuglar very soon. In not more than 5 years. There shall be a case in the supreme court about your right to go around saying there's no God. Trust me. On that day, you shall be here just like the Jubilee fellas hating on Maraga. Trust me. It is coming. Don't take this case as lightly as my lecturer Lumumba was doing with big words that meant nothing. Only people who did not go to school were amazed by Lumumbas presentation. In fact, I promise you, that this ruling shall have an impact on every aspect of how you live in Kenya and Africa in general. Wait for their written judgements. You shall go slow on your Lumumbaism. If Maraga says the law must be interpreted as it reads, it will mean that you and your aetheism shall be illegal. The law is an ass. I called out Maraga here and even Jubilee people on this forum said I was being too harsh. The reason Sabina Joy is popular is because Kenyans love quickies. They only see what is infront of them. Right now, they only see that Uhuru lost or Raila won. Or vice versa. Ona mbele. We have now one of the most conservative courts in the world. They interpret the law as it is written. Then you go vote for that funny woman from Kiambu who can't read. Mnashida nyingi na hamuelewi. Sawasawa @Alma but, do you also go to karumaindo for a quickie when you are at loggerheads with broggers?

This is how 4 judges determined. They painted this with the broadest brush possible. 4 judges are telling all of Kenya; you did not do this properly, go do it again.
15 million Kenyans went to vote on the 8th of August and no one complained until the results were announced.

What were the laws broken on election day by the 15 million voters?
I would bet that even the NASA supporters were hoping that the court could declare that Raila had won, they were not supporting a petition to ask them to vote again.

Ask Kularaha and his choice of women. I can assure you, that no one in law school will read her opinions. She's now just a number in the Supreme court. All we can do is endure her for the long time she shall be there. Her judgement was no different than reading BigChick or Pauline on facebook. Sad, but true. Please note how quickly Justice Maraga dismissed their comments. Body language cannot be denied. Thieves are not good people. Tumeelewana?

I cant remember what point he was making, but i clearly heard liar insist emphatically that what we will have is not a run-off, but fresh election - meaning a run-off is also in the cards. Since he knows he doesnt have the numbers, and this was the last bullet so to speak, it doesnt matter if kenya is kept in vicious cycles of elections until constitutional crisis here we come, nusu mkate pap....expect another round of unsigned form 34Bs, etc etc. the bar having been set so low...
