Since he knows he doesnt have the numbers, and this was the last bullet so to speak, it doesnt matter if kenya is kept in vicious cycles of elections until constitutional crisis here we come, nusu mkate pap....expect another round of unsigned form 34Bs, etc etc. the bar having been set so low... There will be a court case either way This ruling means while you could've done everything clean as a candidate but a small error someone made in Changamwe, Emurua Dikirr, Lari will lead to your win being cancelled

Hii tabia tafadhali muache. Don't try to minimise the ruling with silly arguments. It is ok to wear goggles during the sunshine but not at night. Do you know how difficult it is to overturn a presidential election? It is downright impossible. In fact, it has only happened 3 times in the history of mankind. It means that this court found such upus that it said that the upus was tooooo mash. Unless you are trying to say like Much Know and Ngapat that the judges were paid. The court found that the IEBC neglected to do the right thing for the people of Kenya. Not for Nasa. For the people of Kenya. It is that simple. Get used to it. Next time you get a gov't tender, do it well. Otherwise someone shall use this ruling to f*** you up. Goggles mtupe. Kenya has changed. I am very excited for all the years I took fighting for this to happen. If you were elected and the muthamaki, prove it!! As of tonight, Uhuru is a fake president created by vifaranga za computer. Maybe in 60 days Chebukati stops reading papers and actually makes sure that PO's and RO's sign real documents. And Muthamaki wins. Kapish? Thieves are not good people. Tumeelewana?

The Court said that the elections were NULLIFIED. Meaning, there was no election. Which means no one got any votes. The court did not say kirudiwo, it said, there was no election. Please conduct an election based on the law and constitution. So you can talk Raila votes and Uhuru votes as much as you wish. But the fact is, no one had votes. I'm not hurling expletives. I'm your uncle Garry with a nyaunyo trying to educate you. So that you stop making a fool of yourself on the internet. Something that seems to have made Wazua famous. Silly comments based on nothing other than the words "raira charo nefa." How that happened, I shall never know. But yes, Wazua is famous, and lack of education is not to be taken for granted. Thieves are not good people. Tumeelewana?

Yong man...At my age I don't make points. I say what I think. One day, you shall get the difference. Get used to what happened. Go vote in 60 days. If you tell your PO not to sign the paper, get ready for Maraga part 2. It can't be clearer than that. Some of us don't live for Muthamaki or Raila. Karibu kijana. Thieves are not good people. I asked a question. No o e answered. How does a government that din"t deliver; win with a land slide? There was no economic growth, was there? Strive not to be a success, but rather to be of value. –Albert Einstein.

Finally some attempt... Go on... BUT Let's get another example. Suppose in 2027, Babu Owino and Joho are vying. Joho knows he can't beat babu who is projected to win. You are Babu's chief agent. What would you do to ensure that your win is not nullified? Remember Mr Joho could have some ROs in his pocket. They could just mess up intentionally Kindly do not mention Tialala or Tibim or Rrraa

This case was not won by Orengo or Raila yet they are ones celebrating loudest. The case was won by Ekuru Aukot. His lawyer had the most salient presentation of irregularities during the election.
