He was not the only one,majority of the judges were of the
Opinion that the irregularities affected the outcome of the election,so it is not his decision only.
However,I agree with the opinions of the two dissenting judges,the will of the people was expressed and no evidence was presented to warrant over turning that will.
I have conflicting feelings about this ...on the one hand, we can't allow complacency in institutions and IEBC and anyone who might have a hand or think of inducing them into irregularity gets a slap in the face...
on the other hand its going to be an economic blood bath.
Either way, I am hoping two things happen:
1 - An election that is above board - beyond reproach
2 - RAO gets handed a defeat which as a result of (1) leaves him no excuses and no recourse other than to retire permanently from politics.
