My understanding of the constitution is that the order of the Supreme Court today results in a full reset.... Anyone can stand for President again and 50%+1 counts again.... That's is why it is within 60 days and not 30 days as is the case for fresh elections where a simple majority win matters. If no one gets 50%+1 we will have another 30 days fresh election.

This is big... huge!! It's not a loss... it's actually a gain and after the dust settles and bruised egos are massaged - a couple of things will happen
1) People will know they have recourse, "a channel" when you feel aggrieved - And the Courts have proven that they are not in anyone's pocket!
2) People will know that elections not only have to be fair they need to be seen to be "fair". The technical aspect of these elections had a lot of issues that while can be explained by technical people - the judges are not technical people!
All Mushrooms are edible! Some Mushroom are only edible ONCE!

on a different angle, if the supreme court upheld uhuru win, we would now be reporting violence and deaths. Expect jakuon to use baby samantha and stephanie deaths to undo political losses in kisii land

Whoever wins should win fairly and squarely. The era of impunity should be ending with the Seventh-day Adventist Judge.

Public officers bungling their jobs should be made to personally pay. That I think is the best part of this fiasco.
