How can Presidential election be nullified but other 5 elections were according to the law

It does feel good to win something though, anything, smile smile smile even if its a phyrric victory

Atleast DEMOCRACY and the CONSTITUTION wins hands down, govt employees/Officials will have to learn to take their jobs seriously and follow the rule of law

Presidential elections is one, but each other election is separate so you have 47 different governor contests, 290 MP etc

Even with a reconstituted IEBC or a UN-led process, there's also the likelihood that NASA will decline to participate in the next election if it becomes apparent that Jubilee is likely to win again with a similar margin. Ultimately, there's a possibility of a nusu mkate government 'for the sake of peace'.

There was no transmission issues on these since results and certificates were being issues at the constituencies. probably a few where victory margins were narrow.
When I have money, I get rid of it quickly, lest it find a way into my heart.

This is not a re-run but fresh elections,hence if no one gets 50%+1 vote we have a re-run
