“I, Babu Owino, having been elected a Member of Parliament do swear in the name of Almighty God that I would bear true faith and allegiance to the people of the Republic of Kenya and Raila Odinga that I will obey, respect uphold, preserve , protect and defend this Constitution of the Republic of Kenya and that I would faithfully and conscientiously discharge the duties of the Member of Parliament, so help me God. Thank you. Tibim!”

In 5 years, both Starehe and the Embakasis will replace the current crop of idiots for new ones.

Those guys always chose badly...its their strength!

Hey wazua people!! Where is your sense of humor? I actually thought it was funny. He inserted Raila Odinga so stealthily as if it was written into the oath he was reading. That parliamentary official was macho sana otherwise it would have been easy to miss it. They must have been aware he was going to try to pull something on them. Since "Tibim" was not censured I guess it is now part of parliamentary language.
