I believe they have received the logs, what Muite offered in the court was that they are actually going over and above the court decision that apart from giving the logs in soft copy, NASA asked for access to the server, which wasnt part of the order. Setting up the same was therefore needed to be done for all to be submitted accordingly.

Again no one is in doubt that you successfully delivered the baby. The question before the court is, did you switch the baby after delivery? NASA is not asking the court to strangle the baby. It is asking the court to determine the real owner of the baby.
