Since there is no case, why is IEBC refusing to comply with court orders to allow access?

Very odd, they should have nothing to fear.

I thought the exercise is supervised by the court registra - ama hata hao ni wa Jubilee!!

But part (p) of paragraph 72 does not imply actual access to the servers but access to soft copies ....

orders ...
(m) Log in trail of users and equipments into the IEBC
Servers.
(n) Log in trails of users and equipments into the KIEMS Database Management Systems.
(o) Administrative access log into the IEBC public portal between 5 August 2017 to date.
(p) The information listed in (m), (n) and (o) above shall be issued in soft copy to the petitioners and 3 respondent.

So;
a) Doesnt the Registrar of the Supreme Court know that!
b) Do we have any credible source aside from the usual cry babies talking of the non compliance!

I guess if they delay, the court may instruct own experts to look at the info requested and make own determination without the parties involved.

Copy/paste.
In his submission, PLO Lumumba argued that the work of IEBC was to midwife the electoral process and that the baby was delivered well. He then asks the court to reject the invitation by NASA to strangle the baby. Mr Lumumba, no one is in doubt that you midwifed the electoral process. Again no one is in doubt that you successfully delivered the baby. The question before the court is, did you switch the baby after delivery? NASA is not asking the court to strangle the baby. It is asking the court to determine the real owner of the baby.

Isn't the credentials holder IEBC senior staff, not some kid working part time for Amazon.....

NASA has no case, but IEBC is acting very strangely....

They are now preparing a 'secure access window' or something like that for the odomos to have full access, they are full complying with the request, fully fully, people were asleep, what's fishy with sleeping.

Could be technical ineptitude on the part of IEBC. The court players are not techies, and the tech management could have been farmed out to a supplier, probably being done remotely..and so, under the intense gaze of the court and media, people are stumbling about, not knowing what to do, who to call, what to say.
Not wanting to look incompetent, they have gone to defense mode, where they stall, hide and keep quiet. Doesn't look good though
