They are arguing about authenticity of the forms so I would imagine they should let us know whether their printer sent a variety of formats.
Unless their "system" is somehow reformatting them so that they are easier to read online???
these must be scanned forms. Not all papers were scanned facing the same side .......so some may appear portrait, others landscape.
