@Pondi yap there are several Unis there.. including the Hindu University, no idea when they take off... looks like there will be serious activity in the near future.

was in that area yesterday, kampala uni are puting up their admin block and sorting out their water isssues.. in 6 months plots there will cost 1M. mid last year they were going for 250-300k. how much does change of user from res to comm cost in that area?

@goliath... ave got one there, next to kampala uni fence... ave got unsolicited offers but siuzi... land is currently a better deal than stocks
