If the whole discussion is about servers ODM/CORD/NASA has lost the case.... even if they get access to the servers/database there is nothing there.

You are right. I guess NASA have not completely thought through their strategy. Server and algorithm claims were meant to be big words for the non discerning electorate that were supposed to convey a mysterious, conniving, thievery that they had exposed. With the judges you must explain a little more what you mean and it is this explanation that is going to be their undoing.

I do not think any of the judges are computer experts so if they have to dig into this server business they will have to appoint experts and the experts will not be talking to Orengo or Raila. Orengo will have to explain his concerns to the expert, the expert will look into the server and then the expert will report findings to the Judges.

Isn't it possible that Nasa is just in the supreme court to prosecute its case not for the judiciary to decide but for their supporters to believe the computer rigging narrative?

Most Nasa people I've listened to believe in the computer vifaranga narrative

On a different note, on an fb page for Kitui, someone reported that some unidentified object fell from the sky into some place in the county

Guys replied jokingly that it must have fallen from Nasa's tallying center in the clouds

Here is the time allocation:

NASA (Orengo, Amollo, Paul Mwangi, Awele)- 5 hours

IEBC (Muite, Kamau Karori, Paul Nyamodi)- 1.5 hours

Chebukati (Issa Mansur)-1.5 hours

Uhuru Kenyatta (Ngatia, Grand Mulla)- 3 hours

Githu Muigai(AG)-20 minutes

LSK (Stephen Mwenesi)-20 minutes

From the list of lawyers, you can see NASA is broke!!!

I have a feeling the judges want to be transparent, 'fair' but also follow the law. That can be tricky and I think that's why they delayed the server ruling. 9 oclock we get that ruling.

If the case is about the number, Muite has offered a solution. Tally the damn Form34As and Bs. The Computer did not generate the results. This election was not electronic

In the event that the ruling goes against NASA, aren't they likely to ask for deferment so as to align their case with the new reality.

Read only access. Meaning print outs without forensics in the system. Nothing much there.

Its like getting a bank statement to query your account transactions.

The rest seems like standard procedures and operations policy by IEBC, ie passwords policy and levels, certifications, firewalls, access policy etc etc. Nothing much to fish there.

If i were NASA, i would focus on the Forms 34s forensics and smoke fraud there. Going by the delay by the Judges to deliver this ruling last, looks like they are not really going to delve deep in IT murky waters and wants an easy route. The timelines of 5.00pm tomorrow fr both the IT and Forms verification limits what can be done, and best is to concentrate on forms where it is easier to pick manenos.

Ngatia says he is ready to go straight away, an indication he is lease interested in other matters.
