There are some errors on some form 34Bs but they are errors made to both candidates.
Look at this example from the affidavit of one Dr. Nyangasi Oduwo.
This is his sworn statement #23:
THAT
Form 34A in respect of Rabai Road Primary School Polling Station Number 1 of 4, Harambee Ward, Makadara Constituency, Nairobi County indicates that the total number of valid votes cast is 482 with Kenyatta Uhuru is 133; as against Form 34B in the Commissionβs portal which indicates that Kenyatta Uhuru has 587 votes and the total valid votes cast are 1,873! Meaning the votes cast surpass the total number of registered voters in the Polling Station.
This statement is true but there is More.
Real Form 34A shows Uhuru 133, Raila 347
Form 34B shows Uhuru 567, Raila 1,282
So "the computer" gave Uhuru 434 more votes but it also gave Raila 935 more!!! Kifaranga ni nani??!!
It is also easy to see how the error could have arisen. The total votes for Uhuru in that whole polling CENTRE which had 4 polling STATIONS is 587 so maybe someone instead of putting the individual polling station number in the slot they put in the total for the 4 stations. Good thing is they made the same mistake for both Uhuru and Raila.

Alaaa! Now orengo rubbishes form 3a and 3b results, eti results are in the logs.He must have access to server. Few min ago he was asking for originals form 3a and b to be brought for scrutiny. I am no expert here but I think he's shooting himself from all corners. "The true measure of a man is how he treats someone who can do him absolutely no good.

Retired CJ Mutunga once opined that highly charged political cases can destroy a court. You can imagine the pressure on Maranga as he tries against all odds to be, and appear neutral and accommodative to all parties while adhering to the laid down procedures and applying the law. Clearly Orengo and co are out to surreptitiously wreck the ship from inside while portraying themselves as victims. - Making impracticable requests, such as the request to be allowed unfettered access to IEBC ICT systems. - Asserting that unless they are allowed to a fishing expedition into IEBC data forms 34As and 34Bs, their case crumbles. While everybody else is focused on the judicial consideration of the merits and demerits of the petition, the NASA brigade including the group in Court led by Orengo are looking to achieve a very different goal β projecting the entire system, - including the Court - as rigged against them.
