Their target therefore is the court that they can bamboozle – the court of public opinion. They couldn’t care less how much the Supreme Court judges get irritated, in fact the more the better, as this affords them a chance of reprimand – so that they can cry wolf and cite the court as hostile to them, thereby justifying ‘mass action’. This is the case you should be making: The results on form 34C are incorrect. This is because we have evidence of the 290 duly signed Form 34Bs and the total for Uhuru Kenyatta does not add up to 50% + 1 of the votes cast. Do not mention computers and algorithms and transmission. This case rests on Forms and Forms only. 290 form 34Bs and 1 Form 34C. Show the judges that totals on the 290 form 34Bs do not add up to what is written on form 34C. Very simple, no need for any fancy computer jargon. Put the 290 numbers on an excel sheet and add them up. If the numbers do not add up then you have one third of a case. To have 2 thirds of a case that number for Uhuru on form 34C needs to be more than the number of the totals on form 34Bs so that you can say he was given more than he got. Now to get a full case you need to show that the real number of Uhuru votes as obtained from adding up all the form 34Bs is less that 50% + 1 of the votes cast. Hiyo tu. Kazi rahisi sana.
