Uhuru also dismissed NASA's petition saying his super-majority in the bicameral Parliament proves he won fair and square.

.......Kwani Mdvd is also D Minus?? . Where, say, there was an ANC and an ODM Mpig candidate, what other Presidential candidate did the voters of the two have as an alternative to Raila?....and which candidate benefited from their mess?

What happens in Parliament in this respect is independent of who is in state house.

The party (coalition) which gets the commanding numbers becomes the majority party while the second largest party/coalition becomes the minority.

Say for instance NASA had managed 180 and Jubilee had 110, even with Uhuru in State house, NASA would be the majority party. Duale would then become the leader of the minority in parliament.
A scenario like that gives the sitting president very hard choices as getting his agenda through parliament becomes an uphill task.
