Hi all,

Is honourable minister Mutula Kilonzo's concerted effort to form a local tribunal to try the pev masterminds driven by fears that kenya might slip further into the failed states ranks or a move to save the integrity of the principals of coalition convernment or a genuine effort to serve the long delayed justice to the victims???

@ kaiganjo,

I quite agree with you on this one. It seems that the two principals and a couple of their cronies want the local tribunal for obvious reasons. Otherwise, why would about 85% of the parliamentarian mpigs be so hostile towards its formation? Does it mean that the 15% cannot see what the 85% can see? Actually,no!. Iko maneno hapa!!!

Saa zingine let us avoid seeing dark bushes at the corner waiting to ambush us.
Mutula, just like Karua before him is doing his job the way he should.
If any of you guys were holding that docket that you wouldnt be expected to do things any differently.
In any case as a country the ideal way to go is local tribunal with all the right ingredients to guard against foul play.
For a government to voluntarily opt to abdicate such an entegral part of running its affairs to other powers,is to suggest it is impotent and as such unfit to rule.

Things arent always the way they look like
