It was a legal requirement for IEBC to announce results backed by form 34A at the time of tallying and it is very apparent that IEBC did not meet this threshold, this alone invalidates the whole election process, it will not be a walk in the park

It was a legal requirement to digitally announce the results as they were announced at the polling station. The announced results were final. Hii ingine ni porojo

Are you sure about this? Every constituency had a tallying centre. I doubt they were just sitting around doing nothing given that there were agents and observers monitoring their activities. Also, each polling station sent their results to the national tallying centre and constituency tallying centre simultaneously. All the media attention was focused on the national tallying centre as opposed to the constituency tallying centres

Wrong. Law provides for IEBC to announce based on Form 34B as announced at the constituency.

Those forms were filled and signed at the tallying station. Results were announced by the ROs at the tallying station.

The display on your screen was as a result of what was transmitted through KIEMS and what was uploaded.

NOTE: The votes were tallied in the presence of agents forms filled and results announced at the tallying stations per the law.

The transmission to Bomas is a non issue.

We will see in due time...

Am informed that on algorithm the court will demand to be shown the existence before they can demand an audit. Is this true?
