The announced results were final. Hii ingine ni porojo WHO DARES WINS

Every constituency had a tallying centre. I doubt they were just sitting around doing nothing given that there were agents and observers monitoring their activities. Also, each polling station sent their results to the national tallying centre and constituency tallying centre simultaneously. All the media attention was focused on the national tallying centre as opposed to the constituency tallying centres

Law provides for IEBC to announce based on Form 34B as announced at the constituency. i.am.back!!!!

Let the lawyers eat! And who will pick the legal fees bill for NASA? Or those heavyset civil society lawyers will offer pro bono services Just as absolute power corrupts leaders, so does absolute fanaticism blind the people from logic

Results were announced by the ROs at the tallying station. The display on your screen was as a result of what was transmitted through KIEMS and what was uploaded. NOTE: The votes were tallied in the presence of agents forms filled and results announced at the tallying stations per the law. The transmission to Bomas is a non issue. We will see in due time... Am informed that on algorithm the court will demand to be shown the existence before they can demand an audit. Is this true? "There are only two emotions in the market, hope & fear. The problem is you hope when you should fear & fear when you should hope: - Jesse Livermore .

Ladies and Gentlemen, is what we just listened to the statement that the NASA supremo promised us on Sunday, slated for Tuesday, then postponed to today 3pm then delayed to about 4pm. The mood and tone set was one of a earth shaking announcement. In between actors, both local and international brought pressure to bear on the septuagenarian. I submit that these actors stole the thunder from him. What followed is a cat fight in NASA between competing factions, complete with threats of abandonment. These shenanigans took their toll on some of the NASA lights nonetheless. The statement we have been given is therefore a re-make, the original one was shredded. Dunia ni msongamano..
