Too much to prove
1. Fake polling stations
2. Computer algorithm
3. Chiloba's admission of not using Form 34A to tally results

Plus he loses the bully pulpit of the public gallery, which he can't use when the case is on.

But then he gets a face saving way to get out of this disaster he has walked into, without admitting he was wrong. Koti bandia anyone?

Either way the country can start to heal and move on.

Don't be too quick to celebrate. The court is not there to decide if Baba or Uhuru won they are there to determine if the results announced were credible. Strictly speaking if NASA can show that 4 votes were stolen here and another 4 there and so on even if the total number comes to 20 or 100 a rogue judiciary can justifiably rule that the results are not credible and that the whole exercise should be repeated.

IEBC should take this very seriously and make sure they have solid evidence and have a competent legal team. They should not assume that they are safe. Go through all the numbers and documents with a tooth comb.
