NYS gets a grant from China, Kibaki promises Jobs for the Youth and CCN is simply making millions Per-day which adds up as Billions of losses at end of their financial dates. am thinking its a smart move based on how the youth in-charge of cleaning Nairobi river is doing a great job. but wont the CCN stupidity in the name of cheap politics make the NYS look bad?
