We know why NASA has lost so many seats to Jubilee. Cord principals were out in the cold last 5 years and thus their pockets were virtually empty running into 2017 elections. To generate funds to compensate and run the nominations, they could only rely on nomination fees. Therefore, every party under NASA umbrella could not throw away any aspirants, so as to maximize fees. They ended up competing against themselves (what we call friendly fire... and ended up shooting themselves)
