I have my reservation.
His taming may begin in earnest.
As always,time will tell.

He delivered twice, why tame him now?

Alfred Mutua.
Not only did he retain his governors seat, managed to ward off the NASA onslaught, he is also well positioned to claim the foremost Kamba leader mantle.

I think Mutua is too arrogant to be the Kamba leader. He will alienate most people. The man with the best chance to be the Kamba leader is Mutula Kilonzo Jnr. He is a Wiper insider, has a good base of his own at home and has been loyal to Kalonzo. He stands the best chance of getting getting the blessings of the wazees like Musila, Nyenze, Kibwana and even Muthama. If he plays his cards well he can be the Uhuru Kenyatta of Kambaland. Remember Uhuru got his power from inside, stayed loyal to Kibaki and won over akina Michuki.

Sam Ongeri, new senator for Kisii. I think this guy is a political cat. He has more than 9 lives. He has probably lost more elections than he has won but he just keeps coming back.

I like your hypothesis, but must say if Mutula Jnr will be making any such shots, that will be in the future, distant future.

In the meantime A Mutua can and I am sure will polish his temperament which I concede is somewhat haughty

And lets not forget these kickass women senators

Susan Kihika
Professor Kamar
Fatima Dullo

My eyes are on Susan. She has been very strategic. Can easily gun for governor in 2022 if she plays her cards right

Wambora should be in the other thread for the biggest losers. Lenny Kivuti is leading with 98% of votes in.
