Imao OAR showed all his cards when taking on IEBC so much earlier. they are so prepared for him and know his every move. They worked out all scenarios the geezer could fathom....wako mbele yake this time.

KIEMS KITS i.e. the ones you saw in the polling station don't use Oracle. These kits call home and all of that data lands somewhere... that "somewhere" is where the "hacking" is supposed to have happened.

Chebukati just wants to confirm that whatever he announces will stand in court.Otherwise figures being streamed from the IEBC website wont change
