Orengo has "called patriots to action against fraud and impunity". Said the results are fake and should be rejected in toto.


No one will believe them...The high delegation of observers from wherever were here and they saw for themselves the happenings.
...besides, the presence of a safe alone does not signify that there is money inside...

I think they have a Tally center but may lack the network/organization to make it work! Tally center bila network of people feeding it is just shiny stuff. This was CORD's Achilles' heel in 2013 and continues to be their problem - Organizing results transmission. Ukiona vya enea ujue vimeundwa!! nothing fluky works at that scale!
