As long as they keep paying dividends and the yield is above 7% i will buy. Growth in profits for this stock will be slow. The high political influence will surely lead to fund mismanagement just like any other govt institution

Better value. I belief the LSE demands for better accountability and governance standards for companies listed there.

Additionally KPLC would have easier access to capital since LSE is a bigger and more liquid bourse.
