If I may ask, do these polling companies assume a uniform turn out levels across the country or do they factor in past trends? For me that is an element that can make all the difference. Dunia ni msongamano..

Turnout is usually higher in counties dominated by the leading lights' communities. Governor seat was expected to change this but it didn't

Just seen what angered the prince. The purpoted jubilee supporters wearing party merchandise turned rowdy and started heckling uhuru with NASA slogans.
