This case is simple. Who has been fighting the iebc and would want them "dead"? Ochoshua of course. There you have it.

So this guy(deceased) was serving in an acting capacity coz the substantive director was sent on compulsory leave for "refusing to cooperate with auditors"? And this temporary guy was probably eating lots of nyama while the office holder was mezaring mate? The plot thickens....
