The pilots will kill KQ. I still think "old KQ" should be declared bankrupt and go into technical insolvency and restructuring to form "new KQ"... Let all the current shareholders be wiped out, the creditors take a haircut and the staff can find jobs at "new KQ" on sensible terms which includes ownership not just salaries. KLM sponsored employee. Is he the one taking a hard stance on the CBA? KLM put a condition before they inject cash that staff costs must be kept low and no wide body higher capacity aircrafts for KQ? KLM will kill KQ and not the pilots.

KALPA is sinking an airline If pilots does not get enough rest, they will sleep on the controls and if a crash takes place then KQ's reputation is at stake. KLM should not hold this Airline at ransom. Cash injection should not be pegged on any condition at all. KQ's management must sit with the pilots and iron out all issues.
