The debate had almost zero effect on the voting patterns. The anger against UK will disappear in the coming week. The biggest losers of the debate were actually the donkey candidates because none had the charisma to sway votes their way which now means this race ends in round one.

What now matters is the voter enthusiasm on 8.8. The undecided voters are those who are undecided on whether to turn up or not.

On alshabbad he said it is is him and kibaki who sent troops to somalia and now wants them to be withdrawn and stationed at the kenyan border. Wont all the liberated territories fall back to alshabab. Will Kenya be safer with the terrorists occupying territory upto the kenyan border?

On this I'm with baba 100%. The servants of Satan, Al-Shetanis, may not be controlled easily from occupation.

The invasion method has failed. It could work better in totalitarian regimes like Ethiopia.

AMISOM can use other countries that don't share a border and are far away like Ghana
Laughing out loudly smile Applause d'oh! Sad Drool Liar Shame on you Pray

I understand why UK did not show up, as an incumbent it's never a good idea to debate your opponents unless you are guaranteed of a win like M7. I still think UK would have done well enough to sway some undecided his way.
All-in-all, the verdict will be on 8th August. May the best man win.

True, i really liked the way Raira handled the "kimundu" e.t.c with humor, lik a gentleman, a conciliatory approach unlike the boring, humorless odomos in wazua who whine and yell to admin about such simple jokes, he copied Uhuru charming style and maybe outdid him, very competently erasing a lot of the Raira phobia which makes people wake up at 6am to vote against him. He even painted the Kenyattas as the ones who eat with family members in garment and his family keeps off, wah! No need arguing that this was a major coup for Raira, he did very well, he was lucky, i congratulate him. Applause

much .. you think this will go unnoticed, congratulations to you too.this is the Kenya we want after 8.8 17.

My fren, this is something that needs to be welded into Kenyans by the welder himself. Other than the Troop Contributing Countries that have already sent troops to Som, none other is willing to risk the same, 10 years down the line since the creation of AMISOM.

We are in this alone, let no one lie to you that scrambling our troops back to the border will guarantee us any peace.

And yes, AS can be defeated or largely weakened, if the world (UN) takes up the rich, heavily populated and highly productive JUBA RIVER CORRIDOR, the last remaining bastion of the cowards and their Shura Council. Capturing large towns like Jilib, Jamaame, Buaale, Saakow, Salagle will severely weaken the terror army and their underage fighters.

Surely is there anything that baba said to deserve any accolades? Can someone list the things he said he would do that make him deserve to be elected president.

On Monday, Mandago met members of the Luo and Luhya communities in Eldoret where he urged them to vote for him and accused Buzeki of inciting communities using the leaflets and forged county letters.

The county has more than 450,000 voters and almost half of them are not from the Kalenjin community. Some of the groups have been classified as swing communities.

Would Uhuru have gotten fair questioning if he had attended knowing far too well that the two fellows Linus and Joe are ODM members. Just asking for a friend.

Interesting because Joe Ageyo is current employed by NASA in the PR team.

Precisely. And Linus at some not distant past vied for an elective post some place in Kilgoris on an ODM ticket.

Uhuru was clever not to attend. I would have done the same thing.

Sigh...

Is it really true he vied on an ODM ticket?

Yes.

C&P

".......Linus Kaikai was an ODM candidate in 2007 for the Kilgoris parliamentary nomination, today, he is part of this media house and organizers of the debate and Joe Ageyo is a beneficiary of the Jaramogi Odinga Foundation scholarship to study in Norway on climate change".

I have no idea what is happening in Eld but it doesn't sound nice. Considering they are both Jubilee, Uhuru and Ruto should intervene to calm the tension in the town. Its taking a very ugly tribal angle.
