4. Fuel efficient planes
, with one of the youngest fleet, globally
5. Route optimization especially in Africa
6. Category 1 status at main hub
7. GoK guaranteed debt hence reduced working capital funding cost
8. Global reduction in fuel costs
9. Revival in KE tourism
10. Budget carrier for booming middle-class
11. End of hedging policy
12. Strong forex holding with primary pricing being USD

Restructuring takes time. A mess created over a number of years cannot be corrected in 18 months as earlier claimed by Ngunze.

Hold your horses for now. Sebastian is yet to even come out and tell us what he is going to do differently.

We do not need to hear anything from Mikosz.. Quiet workers are the best type.. Meanwhile, a profit is on the way

We will have hear from him. He must be busy studying the books and procedures.

One day- he will have to say what he has been up to since taking office. He knows how to engage the media.

He had gone to some air show in Paris...he did some video for the staff.

Thanks @maka, can you post the video here if possible.

@maka you are making matters worse.. I hope it wasn't more than the weekend. Mikosz needs to give 100% to KQ

Such events are a 'must attend' for an Airline CEO. A few weeks ago, he was also Mexico for an IATA meeting.

Lets keep it that way boss.. KQ management must have deep introspection prior to announcement of the new share issuance price. Previous talks of KES 5.50 per share have been rejected by the minority as well as GoK, but again the company cannot float a rights that is higher than the market price unless H1 results push us to profit, which is likely

Deep uncertainty right now.. Nobody but PJT, MJ, MN & SM know what the eventual price may be.. And even they are not 100%.. This is the problem with valuation of a loss making entity, especially when new dynamics are introduced such as the capital restructure. Genghis stated KES 1.2 per share which borders on insanity.. KQ should not be trading at less than KES 10 pre-rights
