ANNOUNCEMENT

FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2016


Transcentury Limited (the “Company”) wishes to inform the public that there will be a delay in the publishing of the audited financial statements for the year ended 31st December 2016.This is attributed to the conclusion of the equity transaction which was finalized on 3rd April 2017. The Company wishes to assure the public that the audited financial statements shall be published no later than 30th June 2017. Accordingly, the directors of the Company have applied for, and obtained an approval from the Capital Markets Authority (“CMA”) granting the Company the extension to file and publish its audited financial statements for the year ended 31st December 2016.
