Which company offers the best for tuktuks ?
In the world of securities, courage and patience become the supreme virtues after adequate knowledge and a tested judgment are at hand.

Hello Wazuans.

I'm also seeking advice as to which insurance provider is ideal for a Taxi business.

Ideal? Customer care, Basic professionalism, prompt with claims and general lack of BS.

PS: Anyone suggesting Madison will be shot on sight.

A friend got a policy from them and accidentally overpaid and they refused to refund her, they took her round and round until she gave up.

No insurance company will ever give you a refund. Not just Madison. That will never happen. What she should have done is ask Madison to credit the overpayment towards the renewal premiums after the current one runs out. Or if she has multiple cars, she can ask them to transfer the overpayment to the secondary car. They will do that but they will never refund her any money overpaid or otherwise. That's insurance companies for you.
