Assumptions.
1. Uhuru will take Nairobi by 53%(He had 48% in 2013). 2. Kiambu will turnout 93% ( up from 91% in 2013). 3. Muranga, Kirinyaga, Nyeri & Nyandarua will average 94% turnout.(2013-92%) 4. Meru will vote Uhuru 92% (2013 - 90%) 5. Kisii (120,000), Machakos (80,000), Mombasa(100,000).
Top ten for Uhuru would look like this. Kiambu - 980K Nairobi -910K Nakuru - 680K Meru - 560K Muranga -540K Nyeri - 410K Kirinyaga - 310K Nyandarua - 310K Kericho - 290K U.Gishu - 290K
This would result in an extremely close contest with no clear winner. A run-off would have to be done.
49.4%/ 48.8%
Glad to see you are coming back to your senses. At least you can now see a run-off and the 10M strong crap is over. Please put the same for NASWAS top 10. Interesting fact. The top ten counties for Uhuru will carry around 65%-68% of his total votes. For Baba, that figure is 56 %. After the top ten, the other 37 counties will give uhuru an average of 75K-85K. For Baba, that figure is 95K-100K. In short Baba is not top heavy. His support is broad-based. See his top ten below. Nairobi Kakamega Kisumu Machakos Homabay Bungoma Siaya Kitui Makueni Kisii Apart from Nairobi(860K) and Kakamega ( 550K), the rest are below 500K votes. Be kind please. Bee specific of the NASWA figures. That below 500k is to general. It could be anything....100k to 499k. Meanwhile your simulations show that Uhuruto are only popular in 10 counties? The other 37 Joshua & Steve have an edge. Baringo, Bomet, Laikipia,Embu,Nandi na kadhalika belong to NASWA?Please go slow on whatever you are taking. FRM needs to tell us what has changed since 2013. What new votes has babu added? New voter registration shows Tano Tena registered more voters than babu. Tell us what counties babu has flipped and the numbers! i.am.back!!!!

Does this indicate how the printing tender case that NASA was to present today will be treated? Did they go to court by the way as promised?

....and Chebukati says it's one party agent per polling station. NASA may be forced to buy binoculars for the other nine per polling station for this "adopt a poll" to work http://www.the-star.co.k...ebc-tells-nasa_c1584448

They should go a step further - 'if there is such violence in a particular polling station such that the police and agents of some parties or iebc officials are roughed up, evicted, etc, then results of that particular station shall be cancelled'.

Were the 10 agents to vote first and then remain in the hall as observers or they were not to vote at all? The last place for one to want to hand around is a poling station unless one is an aspirant for a seat "Things that matter most must never be at the mercy of things that matter least." Goethe

Case filed this afternoon.IEBC and Ghurair to be served. Parties to appear before court tomorrow for further directions. The judge?........... You are Right! Now, Now. Jubilee is seeking to be enjoined in the case. What's Jubilee's interest?. I think that isa stupid move especially if NASA succeeds in stopping the entire process. How does he expect to be the Commander in Chief of the armed forces while what he does everyday is to warn and threaten the officers?

Walisema the "compromised" company will print more ballots that will be used to rig. Is that just speculation coz am sure there terms of reference somewherefor the printer stipulating exact number of ballots to be printed and the numbers add up? How do you argue a case based on speculation?? This one will be thrown out, and he will loose all the good will at iebc if any remains. Nobody ever wishes to be labeled untrustworthy especially when not justified, you make them lose respect 4u, thats what hes doing with iebc

Quote:The National Super Alliance has filed its suit challenging the ballot papers tender awarded to Al Ghurair.
Justice George Odunga on Thursday directed the Opposition to serve IEBC and the Dubai-based printing firm with the suit papers.
He asked the parties to go back to court on Friday for further directions.
Jubilee Party is seeking to be enjoined as an interested party in the case. "There are only two emotions in the market, hope & fear. The problem is you hope when you should fear & fear when you should hope: - Jesse Livermore .

Interesting that this Al Ghurair has been printing ballots for all kenyan by elections since 2013, about 30 of which ODM has won, and ODM has never complained.... until now.

It's only a matter of time before RAO disowns him, and follow it up with a cry of 'korti bandia'. Just as absolute power corrupts leaders, so does absolute fanaticism blind the people from logic

I think baba's elections are stolen because it's all he dreams about, whether real or imaginary. BBI will solve it :)

It's only a matter of time before RAO disowns him, and follow it up with a cry of 'korti bandia'. If he disowned his "friend" Mutunga and called him korti bandia, Marangha should be next.
