Quite unfair @freiks assertion. Judge Odunga is known for his strongly-minded, independent, competent rulings.

He is known as the ODM judge all cases ending up in his court will be skewed in a certain way. Infact one newspaper called him Judge Odinga. I dont even know how that went to print unnoticed.

if you actually believe what you have written there, then you are beyond help.

What was written where? It was an article about Kihika 's daughter. The print had Judge Odinga instead of Odunga. I know that was not a typo by all means

High Court judge George Odunga received an award for delivering decisions in a record 60 days in all cases.

Tomorrow I will only ask pro jubilee guys who are in the legal field what they think about Justice Odunga...

A Member of the Machakos County Assembly has moved to the Court of Appeal to challenge the High Court ruling that allowed Wavinya Ndeti to vie for Machakos gubernatorial seat in the August 8, 2017 polls.

Wamunyu Ward MCA, Kyalo Kyuli, said argued that Wavinya should not be allowed to contest in the August polls

Lets see if the court of appeal will agree with the genious judge.

Muthama opted not to run in order to get time to block those vying?

That MCA is just wasting his time...The Court of Appeal will uphold Odunga's ruling.

Every opportunity is a learning moment. If Mutua is not voted the Governor, we will surely have Wavinya. It's our choice, we will live by it. For once in Machakos Akamba land we did not have "mwolyo" relief food, we have registered growth through development. However, just like Rarieda people, we may send a hardworking guy home. Choosing politics instead of development. Kweli shida itakaa na sisi hadi kufa kwetu. Sikio la kufa halisikii dawa

So what do people really want? Why go against a performing guy. A guy who transformed a dirty and arid mayakos into the first world mpaka one would think they are in Hyde park london, or central park New York? Baba never wants such kind of people coz they "ashame him" with his record in kibera and nyanza. Only a mad man or woman can oppose mutua.

As they say, Msiba wa kujitakia hauna kilio. Democracy gives people a choice to make on who their leaders are. May be the people prefer the "mwolyo" relief food.

Mutua will still win if He Stops endorsing Jubilee presidential candidate to Machakos voters.

He doesn't need to endorse any presidential candidate but endorsing Jubilee candidate is good business for Him due to the large number of Maendeleo Chap Chap candidates around Jubilee zones. May cost him Governorship but make him $$$$

Boss, I had told you Mutua is un-electable. Forget endorsing jubilee which was not accidental for Mutua. He knows he will not win. And what better way to lose than blaming it on your association with Uhuru. His calculations are that in case jubilee wins, he will get an appointment.

Again I repeat these three things about Mutua.

1. Personality - If you deal with him one-on-one for five minutes you will hate him forever.
2. Ridiculous PR- When you put street lighting and CCTV along a 33KM road cutting through villages, even an uneducated guy will doubt your sanity. That machakos level 5 hospital cannot do an x-ray, forget MRI or CT scan.
3. Arrogance - He is the most arrogant man you will ever meet. Each public appearance is scripted. Think Uhuru's easy going personality, then imagine the extreme opposite of that.

Jubilee was just a convenient excuse for Mutua to lose honorably.
