Hello Bro Obiero. I have been off Wazua due to assignment but I had to post this because of you: your prophecy helped me make about KES 300k in less than 2 months(bought at 4.3, dumped at 7.1);the best gain ever on my nse counters. I am really sorry that your own prophecy couldn't help you see the looming disaster ahead of KQ...

May God watch over you...

@flo-ology most welcome.. Yet another testimony from a beneficiary of correct bus selection. Asante for the prayers.. But this is very temporary. In stocks you only book a gain or loss upon trades

KQ will be paying debts for the rest of our lives

Even KCB has debt

How long it took to settle the debt?

Nearly all the listed firms bear debt.. Tusikonde

That's ok...but the capacity to pay...and KQ has been really lucky the last couple of months no major issues with the planes or staff...was looking at some revenue figures for the last month from some stations they have surpassed targets given by faaaaar.

There's no luck there.. Mbuvi Ngunze turned around KQ

Why did he abandon ship?
The ship is still sinking!

Cartels forced him out

5 key questions to ponder prior to dismissal of PJT Partner's KQ restructuring deal and its subsequent ripple effect on the share:
1. Exactly/approximately how many new shares are being created?
2. What price was agreed for the purchase of each new share
. Or maybe this wasn't discussed?
3. Will the new issuance imply that minority shareholders get diluted with no recourse
pro rata
?
4. When will KQ turn a profit
at the earliest?
5. Why are there no bulk sellers since the cautionary statement filtered out. Could it be that investors are eagerly waiting to sell at KES 2 to @spikes & Co

Don't worry man. Some of us hold Atlas shares. We were diluted 3 times. Atlas has not yet produced results for 2016 and we don't know whether we will ever get our money back.

All of this has happened under the watchful eye(not) of the CMA. Usikonde mutu wangu...atleast KQ tries to be accountable to shareholders. Carl Esprey (the conman) fleeced us of our hard earned cash

KQ is a massive store of value.. The buyer of 2.12m shares knows something that most do not

It could be either way, but chances of finding a block buyer on the back of dilution news is higher than the same being a block seller.. @wazua will tell you that.. Since 2006 when I bought my first shares in the exchange I have seen splits, rights, mergers, delistings, suspension, scrip, and phony price manipulation of extreme levels.. The only thing that remains constant is having the right insider info.. Otherwise you will be exposed

Homogeneity and perfect information is a rare feat in real world. Why not sell to an indignant corporate or a blind Wanjiku.
Secondly, its difficult to isolate a holder of stock leave alone getting in touch into armtwisting them to sell. And with all the uncertainties and high risk associated with this counter, it will require more than a coincidence to make a buyer's theory sellable here. I am inclined to a seller who has isolated a greater fool buyer with deep pockects and persuaded the buyer into the deal blindly. I rest my case sir.d'oh! d'oh! d'oh!

It's difficult to isolate a stock holder leave alone getting into contact to armtwisting one into the deal. However, a block stock holder can identify easily a loaded obiero and with good persuasion, whack one into a messy deal. Otherwise, unless you are dealing with a thoughtless corporate with a bunch of rouge directors. Thus, the seller knows its a tulip and the buyer knows its a precious tullip.
