This could swing either way . IEBC will possibly print two sets of ballot papers, one with her name and other without.

It cant swing either way...She will be on the ballot...100% sure.

why so sure? 100% for that matter? Do you think IEBC made that decision casually?

Whether the decision was made casually or not, as long as set down regulations were followed then IEBC should hold their ground for credibility. This is an organisation that should be above board and cannot afford to create a hint of doubt.

The unfortunate thing for Mayakos people is that Ndeti will be their next governor and they will be doomed for the next 5 years

Doom ile ya kujitakia, hiyo ni shauri yao. They have a choice to elect Mutua again, dont they?

Tribalism cannot let them!!!

Wavinya has spoken some sense(Although she over used the "I am a woman" factor and even dropped "I am a widow" line perhaps for woiyee votes). She is definitely a contender. I hope Alfie did not squander the money for water.

She talked too much mutua this mutua that, when mutua was at jkl he laid down his manifesto, candidates should stop rhetoric and concentrate on what they have for people.

From the youtube JKL comments, she will fail badly, and the people commenting are kambas, she will fall flat, apparently is mutua in macha for sure!

And as predicted, she is back. Even Kihika's daughter is back on the ballot. Our judiciary is becoming too predictable.

BBI will solve it

That she did not resign as county's speaker.

The judge ruled rightly ruled that the tribunal had no power to declare her nomination unconstitutional.
I believe that she can lose the seat if someone contests the validity of her nomination in court.
