NASA is holding rally after rally while Jubilee is hopping from one shopping centre to another. In Nakuru for instance it was one rally in afraha stadium for NASA while Uhuru drove all the way from elburgon upto naivasha making stopovers along the way. With the fear of being called a copycat I don't see anyone changing his strategy but this will be one of the key talking points post elections.

The same applies today Nasa will hold one rally in machakos wachoke. Think of it UHURUTO campaigning fora stretch of 100km from nakuri to Mai mahiu

Easiest thing to do. The free tuition capitation is around 11,000. Full fees payment is maximum 54,000. The recommended spread is 50:30:20. For third term we only need 10K per student. Budget provision is doable.

One condition though. Majority in parliament.

Hahaha..no wonder people keep saying nasa dont know how economy works..where will you get the 10k? How about those with arrears? How about schools that charge above 54k and have contracts factoring projected yearly income? Why give populist pledges just so as to win? I was beginning to get attracted to NASA but now developing cold feet..

Hon.Ken Okoth had already given the specifics but let me repeat here for you. We have 1.7M students in public secondary schools. So we are looking for 17B extra over and above the free tuition capitation.

In the existing budget, we already have 33B for the full year for the FSE and 14B for digital primary schools. Knowing Jubilee, this 14B was meant to be stolen.

In September, a vote re-allocation is all we need. During the supplementary budget next year, the country will be floating in excess cash. You know without jubilee looting.

Thanks for confirming my fears. Nobody in odm has thought through this matter and entire budget holistically and only way is to print money.

Can we ask @washiku to upload Uhuru's campaign photos for Kisii in 2013? It will give a better perspective. We have the vibe on the ground. From bomachoge to bobasi, borabu and the four mugirangos.

This sounds McReggae style. Let's all enjoy the entertainment as we wait for 8/8 as we keep peace. There will only be one winner and many losers.
