I know the chorus here has changed as the conversation is mostly one sided but that doesn't mean the other silent side has thrown in the towel.

The Uhuruto govt did not deliver on any of their promises, as long as NASA packages their fight in a coherent way, it should be a coin toss.

NASA and effectively Raila Odinga failed Nairobians by 'giving' Evans Kidero a DIRECT nomination to run for the Nairobi Gov ticket on a ODM ticket. These party primaries were useful in sorting in-house issues that negatively impact the wider Kenyan sphere. Is there ANY Nairobian who really wanted Kidero to return as governor?

After 'probably' taking Kidero's ill gotten money in return for a direct ODM nomination for Nairobi, there is no way Raila can effectively run on an anti-corruption agenda.

Add Mombasa, Kilifi etc. No TRUMP in Raila. Dida has a higher chance of being a TRUMP.

Kidero booed and chased away in Eastleigh.

One is on a weekday convened by an opposition leader, the other one is on a public holiday convened by the president.

Like I said in another post, Rao won in 26 counties in 2013. If we remove the 4 Luo Nyanza counties and 3 kamba counties, it's clear Kenyans from 19 counties voted for Rao the man without tribal consideration.

For Uhuru, outside the Gema and kalenjin vote bloc, only Mandera voted for him.

No matter how the cleaned up register looks like, NASA is unbeatable.

Should Meru, Baringo, Pokot and Bomet vote the way we think they will........... As our people say, "reke ciume na ene".

Seems I'm the only one who didn't take the duo seriously on their 'promises'

Saving themselves from ICC was the key factor

So why did he not win? There was a difference of over 800,000 votes.

Your RAO has specialized in Ukabila politics where he goes and picks all small tribes and tells them how marginalised they are and he is their saviour. The small tribes are many but their populations are low.At the end of the day the few large tribes that RAO hates still win coz elections is about numbers.

Another thing you need to remember some counties that RAO won were by small margins.53% Vs 45%.In absolute numbers the difference is small.

All in all I like your confidence and optimism.Tukutane kwa debe tarehe nane mwezi wa nane.

Can an African incumbent be defeated with a close margin? Mwafrika lazma abwagwe na landslide, otherwise ina tight race state machinery will be used to bring in Tharaka Nithi votes
