More if you consider the IED at Multi Media Uni today.
Clearly, we have too many robust bomb-makers around

Surely, why is it so hard to trace suppliers of all the ingredients they use?
they are doing so much business!

By the way whatever happened to that wall we were building from down south in Lamu to up North in Ethopia? It would have been nice to have a wall halafu hapo juu tuweke broken pieces of beer bottles. Na hiyo wall even if expensive would have ROI in the next 20yrs by attracting tourists n keeping shabaabs away.
