Rank: Elder Joined: 5/27/2008 Posts: 3,760		NSE/CMA approval is academic. What is critical is shareholder approval as this is special business for which a quorum and majority 'ayes' are required. BTW, since we are meeting at the Hilton, does that mean we are that few?
