The RO for mathioya maybe Luo or kamba.

Flashback : 2007 at the kicc, ODM brigade led by wsr are screaming rigging. Out of nowhere, wsr brings a guy who claims to have been the RO for Molo constituency. The guy claims all his results from Molo had been doctored by Eck guys at kicc. The country erupts immediately after that.

Later on, we learn the so called RO never worked for ECK as he claimed. And he made up the claims that almost brought the country down.

Grandstanding and chest thumping will not help here. If i recall, part of Kriegler's report has details of what transpired in strongholds back in 2007. "Zoning" was carried out and we ended up with ridiculous voter turn out in strongholds. Cases are abound of how agents of "the other" side were compromised or even chased away as stuffing was done. Now, what the NASA brigade is advocating seems, at least to me, as a double edged simi capable of hurting whichever way it cuts. where we leave no leeway for questioning such turnouts, then, we are back to 2007 and accusations will fly. The winner will boil down to who will be the better thief.

Find time to read the report in link below and moreso pages 40 to 50, where zoning, it's dangers and recommendations will be found. NOTE: This is a just a summary report.

Are we working on the assumption that the evid system will fail ? After spending billions and apparently learning from 2013 blunders ?

Or we don't even understand what the evid is ?

We at NASA have faith the system will work. To identify voters and keep a tally of who participated.

If it works, Jubilee knows they don't stand a chance. It eliminates suspicious turnouts completely.

On the flip side, what would IEBC do if a polling station reported a turnout exceeding registered voters. Simply cancel and order a repeat otherwise the supreme court would order the same. They can't adjust the figure.

And our presiding officer would almost certainly find himself in prison.

Those who want IEBC to adjust, to what percentage downwards ? And what magic would they use to arrive at the desired turnout ?

If Anyang Nyongo can take the RO to some bush in Thurdibuoro and make him announce Nyongo the winner, then you can imagine what baba & co plan to do and that is why they do not want any verification of votes announced by ROs.

May I suggest we read the elections act gentlemen. And we try to understand Rao better. He threw a random figure of 50 and you guys are still stuck with it. A quick glance of the elections act would have informed you that is not practical.

Can I let the cat out of the bag here ? Most of our agents from Mt Kenya will be real agents of other candidates. They know which red flags to look out for.

In NASA strongholds, Jubilee is doing the same.

BTW some techies working with international observers are taking it a bit further. One of their crazy suggestions is to have accredited agents with a digital counter which will keep a check on actual votes cast.

IEBC has procured an electronic document management system to upload all firm 34s immediately they are signed by presiding officers and agents.

To put it in context, we can be looking at the scanned form 34 from kabartonjo pry school by 8pm on polling day.

Ofcourse we shall have champagne bottles ready. And for you guys a suicide watch helpline.
