Nice and clean nusu mkate.
Do I qualify for 527 or what are the current rates?

Very strange someone can say that results announced at constituency are final, yet they don't prescribe punishment for announcing cooked results in the same breath. And, yes, in Kenya, election petitions come a little too late...it may not happen..as in you might not have a country in the first place by then...

Declaring cooked figures is a serious criminal office. And small fish are easy to fry. A presiding officer who cooks figures at dundori pry school will almost certainly end up in jail. That's why they can't agree. And that terrifies Jubilee to the bone.

Chebukati on the other hand, is a big fish. And once he declares Jubilee the winner, entire state machinery will be at his disposal. He is untouchable.

All we are saying in NASA, let the IEBC foot soldiers do their work. They hardly engage in mischief. The crooked chaps are at IEBC headquarters.

What do you mean petitions take time ?

Have you forgotten already the supreme court handled the 2013 petition within two weeks ?

Small fish can be protected by big fish.

"Having given us Al Shabaab, Uncle Sam is doing brisk business with us. Rifles, tractor birds, ordnance- American companies are moving military hardware this way. The latest, a shs 25 billion chopper and bombs deal, happens while we don't know yet the fate of the 40 billion tractor rip-off.

Just who are we in an arms race with? Al Shabaab? Military might is not exactly the sharpest tool against that shadow. So who? The Migingo takeover? Pah! It can't be Pokot herdsmen either, can it?

Who? Who is threatening to thwuck us about the ears? Sudan? Ethiopia? TZ, UG... India? Who?

Not a single promising enemy in sight. Quite disappointing, don't you think?

But wait a moment! There is an enemy; there are enemies: Bad Unreliable Weather. Disease. Drugs and Medical Equipment Shortage or Absence. Inflation. Bad Roads. Hunger. Graft...

Those and many more. We are beset by enemies, I now see.

And we are going to blast them into 1960 with our shiny not-too-old American Weapons of Wise Destruction."

Wako but they are not getting media attention. I guess the first time we will meet them is on the ballot paper because I'm sure UhuRuto will not agree to appear on televised debates.

BBI will solve it

Misinformed and ignorant reasoning.
The security forces are in the middle of a modernisation drive.

The security services (KDF+NPS,etc) have for long have been denied new equipment, and everyone including the cat down the street knows our F-5 jets (for instance) are old things that Kenyatta senior bought when Kenyatta junior was a teenager.Ditto some of the armoured scout cars.
Does Kipruto know how many Kenyan cops have been killed by IEDs? Ask him to google Kenyan police killed by IEDs.This problem is solved by APCs as a short term measure, and over the long term the issues that cause the insecurity. Try telling the families of such cops that we are not in an arms race..

Main thing is to ensure we get value for our money - if some of these equipment was in place many of our troops killed in action in Somalia esp at El Adde and Kulbilow would be alive today.

From yesterday's interview, baba will put a ceiling on rent to standardise. So he has automatically lost the vote of landlords even though their vote is insignificant but this will be a major area of uncalled for conflict because most of the landlords are servicing hefty loans on the units.

BBI will solve it

Did Uhuru lose landlord's votes when they started taxing rent?

The landlords just increased the rent to cover the tax. In Babas case, rent will be fixed to what tenants can afford. He said they did it in Kibra and it worked and the same will be applied elsewhere.

Hapo sasa!!Applause ...and vice versa. In the Kriegler report, it is clear massive rigging was done deep in strongholds. I foresee a repeat of the same from both sides!Pray

Actually,Kriegler did not address the issue of purported rigging at KICC because there was overwhelming evidence of rigging in the ODM and PNU strongholds.
