To the constitution experts, Will these MCAs and MPS get away with the so called "their salary which was affected by the new Constitution" if Parliament is dissolved before August 8th elections? If yes, why cant Uhuru dissolve parliament because we are already in campaign mood. This will also help the country from looting by the governors who have lost in nominations and know that they wont make it back.
