Regrettably our On-line customer service platform has been non-operational for slightly in excess of one month. During this time our clients will have been unable to view their statements or place orders online. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that has been caused.

In the interest of identifying a long term solution we have in the interim taken the decision to suspend our fully automated online service until further notice. We will nevertheless still be in a position to receive and address all online related queries in the following manner:

Good morning,

I note with concern that people are getting worried about the status of our On-line Platform.

I write to assure all involved/affected/concerned that the matter is in contrlol and that as the message reads,we are down because we want to give our clients better,efficient and hussle free service.

We have in the mean-time set up an alternative system while the On-line platform is under construction and am certain that NO ONE has failed to get their orders/statements within a 24 hr maximum turn around time.

The reason the platform is down is because as we may all be aware,there is an anticipated revamp of the ICT Inductry following the Under Sea Fibre Optic connection. It is in our interests to reap from this major development and are at the moment seeking to align our operations to reflect the same.
