Seems the principals cannot agree on the pallbearer for weeks. Is this strategy or indecisiveness? Me thinks the latter.

When your opponent are falling over themselves to offer you advice on who to front in the presidential election, then you realise you've already won the election.

Jubilee people are following the NASA unity more than we are.

Let me put it this way. The incentive to stick together is stronger than for any other choice of action.

None of our four principals can dare cross over to Jubilee. They have been betrayed and treated like trash there. No one can dream of going it alone.

And our DP has demonstrated that you can be a number two or even three with sufficient powers and stake in govt. A co-president if you may.

NASA is a good idea, 15 yrs ago. The rainbow coalition. But to copy paste the same idea and expect same results 15 yrs later is worst mistake these guys ever made. Tell you what? The best idea would be for Kalonzo-MADVD to team up. The next best idea is everyone for himself. That way you get to negotiate during run-off....

Actually, the situation now mirrors 2002. And it's not just about facing the same candidate. Have a look at the KNBS report on consumer prices y-o-y. Or compare to 2012.

Things are bad. What Moi had borrowed cumulatively in his 24 year rule is what Jubilee grabs in a single scandal. But Moi knew how to run an inclusive govt. With Jubilee, the cake hardly reaches about 40 communities.

Take my word. Uhuru got 180K votes in Kisii and Nyamira. This time 30K will be a miracle.
