It's beyond wealth, when you get money, the next thing is power

Even when power comes with no/little money. Like those MPs wa kitambo

There has been a rumour among transport guys that at some point, our number 2 bought a stake in buzeki group.

This guy has earned his place. He ventured into transport in 2004 when multiple hauliers was the undisputed king with close to a 1000 trucks.

Today, buzeki and multiple each boasts of a fleet of 1,000+ trucks.

If Buzeki gave you his insurance brokerage business, you don't need to do anything else. If you became his trusted relationship manager in a bank, your CEO would have to do as you say lest you walk away with such a hvc.

A while ago, top honchos from MAN trucks in Germany came to see multiple hauliers. They wanted him to switch from Actros. To help him make up his mind, they gave him ten trucks to run for a year. Long story short, he not only switched but also became their dealer. Guess who was the first client he brought on board..... Buzeki.

I think there is a little more than that. I have heard too that Muhoho Kenyatta is very hardworking and is a brilliant businessman and it is evident by the kind of business he has been able to build and run. It also helps that he has had access to some resources.

Not to take anything away from his success but I think he has a live wire connection to some serious resources. I know he was very close to the Mark Too family. His profile starts in 1998 as a manager in Kilifi Plantations. He however finished form 4 in Mang'u in either 1995 or 1996. Or maybe he is just hardworking like Nyachae who was once asked how he bought a helicopter and said, "Nilianza na baiskeli mbili, nikaendelea hivyo nikanunua helicopter."
