I don't understand your concern. In this case, Raytheon is a publicly listed company. The shares are listed on Dow Jones, even you (a kenyan) can buy them shares now if you wanted. The trouble with war is about 100 died in Ibid province due to controversial chemical attack (allegedly targeting civilians). 500 dead in a month due to US airstrikes in response to the issue (done to avoid civilians).
